Visiting Instrumental Music Teachers

St Michael’s School requires suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced peripatetic music teachers to start teaching from April 2020 (Trinity term). The ability to be able to offer additional instruments other than those specified, e.g. piano, would be an advantage.

Guitar Teacher

Current teaching requirements – 3.5 hours per week, although this could expand with the right candidate.

The ability to teach acoustic and electric essential.

Violin Teacher

Current teaching requirements – 3.5 hours per week, although this could expand with the right candidate.

Salary for both vacancies will be in accordance with the Incorporated Society of Musicians recommended rates for employed visiting music teachers in schools.
